It's a ±25% range — enough to know your budget bracket and plan seriously. The surveyed BOQ narrows that to individual line items with quantities and rates.

A surveyor visits, measures every room, photographs conditions and records notes. The ₹1,499 is credited back in full against your BOQ fee.

Are your rates current?
Every rate in our database carries a last-verified date and is re-checked against the market on a rolling basis. Stale rates are flagged internally and re-verified before they're used in a BOQ.
